You want to turn your 3D design into reality? We have what it takes! ACCENTFORM manufactures foundry models or exporit models for a wide variety of areas and guarantees you quality, reliability and the highest precision in the implementation of your wishes.
Whether architectural models, design objects or vehicle parts: ACCENTFORM manufactures real showcase models based on your 3-D data or drawings using high-performance milling centers. Specialized in the production of exhibit objects for full-mold casting, however, we also realize models made of other rigid foams (PUR, PE, etc.) upon customer request. These materials offer excellent conditions as cores in boat and car body construction, wind power plants or stage construction. There are no limits to your ideas: ACCENTFORM realizes all models, whether in 3-D or 5-axis simultaneous milling at a high-tech level – precisely, professionally, on schedule.
The lost form – exporit models in mechanical engineering and manufacturing
Whether the creation of complex CAD drawings or the realization of exporit models for full mold casting: ACCENTFORM is the specialist for the production of precisely fitting casting models in the automotive, offroad and mechanical engineering sectors. In addition, we also realize individual molds as well as original illustrative models for a wide variety of industries upon customer request.
With modern high-performance milling centers and innovative CAD/CAM systems, ACCENTFORM meets all customer requirements and manufactures a wide variety of foundry patterns up to 5 m long and 3 m wide under computer control. In terms of size, however, there are no limits to your ideas and requirements: By segmenting and later assembling, models in almost all dimensions can be produced. Larger models are manufactured from individual parts
and precisely reassembled for casting or further processing. Thanks to high-performance and high-precision milling technology, it is now possible to produce efficient casting patterns for casting with the “lost mold” in mechanical engineering. Where the ancient Romans still used wax for ancient bronze casting, however, a special foam (Exporit) is used today, which is also burned by the liquid metal during the casting process and evaporates as a gas. Exporit patterns can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as the cost-effective production of pressing and stamping tools in automotive engineering. But even if casting is not required, the lightweight polystyrene or PU foams offer ideal conditions as cores in boat and car body construction, wind power, data control models, stage construction and much more.
