Durch den Einsatz moderner Steuerungstechnik wird dieser Fertigungsbereich&nbsp;automatisiert und perfektioniert.&nbsp;Durch die CNC-Bearbeitung sind wir in der Lage, Modelle und komplexe Formen mit sehr hoher Pr\u00e4zision herzustellen. Die Haupttechnologien in der CNC-Bearbeitung sind das Drehen und Fr\u00e4sen. Neben Dreh-und Fr\u00e4smaschinen gibt es noch viele andere CNC-gesteuerte Technologien wie z.B. Schleifen, Lasern, Wasserstrahlschneiden, Stanzen usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In unserem CNC-Bearbeitungszentrum fr\u00e4sen wir&nbsp;insbesondere <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/accentform.com\/de\/giessereimodellbau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gie\u00dfereimodelle<\/a><\/strong>, Werkzeuge, Designmodelle&nbsp;und<a href=\"https:\/\/accentform.com\/de\/produktgruppen\/figuren-und-werbefiguren\/\">&nbsp;<strong>Figuren aus&nbsp;Styropor.<\/strong><\/a> Dazu arbeiten wir insbesondere mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/accentform.com\/de\/hartschaum-und-weichschaum-bearbeitung\/\">Hart- und Weichsch\u00e4umen<\/a><\/strong>, wie zum Beispiel <a href=\"https:\/\/accentform.com\/de\/styropor-bearbeitung\/\"><strong>Styropor<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/accentform.com\/de\/blockmaterialien-pu-platten-bearbeitung\/\"><strong>Blockmaterialien oder PU-Platten<\/strong>.<\/a>&nbsp;Mit modernen Hochleistungs-Fr\u00e4szentren und innovativen CAD und CAM-Systemen wird ACCENTFORM allen Kundenanforderungen gerecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausstattung:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 gro\u00dfformatige CNC- Bearbeitungszentren f\u00fcr Objektgr\u00f6\u00dfen bis 10 x 4 x 1,6 m im Bereich der Fertigung f\u00fcr Modellbauwerkstoffe (z.
