You are obliged to encourage employees to behave in accordance with these principles. Explicit or implicit approval of questionable actions will not be tolerated. Reports of violations of the rules of conduct formulated in this Code can be submitted anonymously and confidentially to the personnel management. Persons who report violations in good faith will not suffer any disadvantages as a result. This Code of Conduct shall enter into force immediately and for an unlimited period of time. Failure to agree to the regulations may result in disciplinary consequences. This Code of Conduct has been adopted by the management of ACCENTFORM and can only be revoked or amended by it.
