Agricultural machinery today is characterized by state-of-the-art technology and innovative design. This is what characterizes Welger balers in particular. On behalf of Welger Maschinenfabrik GmbH, ACCENTFORM manufactures body panels that give the product family its unmistakable appearance and thus ensure an enormous visual recognition value on the market.<\/p>\n\n

The organically shaped GRP surfaces vary in size from 1-16 m\u00b2 and can be produced extremely economically in quantities of up to 2,000 units per year using the conventional RTM process<\/a>. In this process technology, the color application of approx. 0.7 mm is applied to the high-gloss production mold, then a precisely fitting glass mat blank is inserted and the production mold is closed with the upper mold. After resin has been injected into the mold cavity, the component hardens for 30 minutes, is removed from the production mold and excess parts are finally milled off fully automatically by a trimming robot. In the final assembly stage, the body segment is given a tubular steel frame for connection to the machine. A complete hood set consists of a total of 4 body parts: two large red body covers and two gray mudguards.<\/p>\n\n

ACCENTFORM also manufactures the RPC 245 fixed chamber Tornado, RPC 445 DA Tornado and RP 545 models for Welger Maschinenfabrik. However, due to their size, these products are manufactured using the hand laminate or fiber injection process. ACCENTFORM also produces the front panels for the Splendimo 260 FA and 300 FS models for Lely in the Netherlands. All ACCENTFORM products with a weight of approx. 3-120 kg per body set are delivered on special transport racks that guarantee safe transportation to the customer’s production line.<\/p>\n\n
