GRP cladding for every application<\/h2>\n\n

Agricultural machinery today is characterized by state-of-the-art technology and innovative design.<\/p>\n\n

For a new generation of round balers from Fendt<\/strong> and Massey Ferguson<\/strong>, ACCENTFORM manufactures the GRP cladding for the F 130 series baler.<\/p>\n\n

One side panel has a surface area of approx. 5 m\u00b2 (2.5 m x 2.0 m). The cladding is made from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) using the \n RTM process<\/a>\n<\/strong> process. For the Fendt<\/strong> company, these GRP body parts are finished in a green color with a weather-resistant gelcoat. Massey Ferguson<\/strong> is given a red surface.<\/p>\n\n

After shaping, the cladding parts are trimmed using a robot. In the final assembly stage, the body segment is given a tubular steel frame for reinforcement and connection to the machine. Finally, the GRP cladding is given a gray matt paint finish. Deliveries are made just in time.<\/p>\n\n
