Eine Freizeitpark Attraktion<\/h2>\n\n

F\u00fcr einen Erlebnispark in Krumbach<\/strong><\/a> durften wir eine Attraktion namens Wolkenf\u00e4nger herstellen. F\u00fcnf riesige, transluzente Wolken schaffen tags\u00fcber eine himmlische Atmosph\u00e4re f\u00fcr das Karussell und sorgen abends f\u00fcr eine leuchtende, farbenfrohe Stimmung.Um hohle Riesenwolken mit einer transluzenten Oberfl\u00e4che herzustellen, haben wir mehrere unserer Produktionsverfahren<\/a> <\/strong>kombiniert. Zun\u00e4chst wurden die Riesenwolken aus Styropor mit unseren 5-Achsen-Fr\u00e4smaschinen<\/strong><\/a> gefr\u00e4st und anschlie\u00dfend mit Polyurea beschichtet.<\/a> <\/a><\/strong>Diese Formen wurden mit Trennmittel behandelt und danach mit GFK in einem <\/a>Handlaminat-Verfahren<\/a><\/strong> beschichtet, sodass die Oberfl\u00e4che stabil, aber dennoch lichtdurchl\u00e4ssig bleibt.Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten mussten \u00d6ffnungen in die Wolken geschnitten werden, die einen doppelten Zweck erf\u00fcllten: Zum einen waren sie notwendig, um die Styroporkerne wieder herauszuholen und zum anderen dienten sie sp\u00e4ter als Wartungskappen.Die Wolken wurden nach Kundenwunsch mit einem lasierenden Lack in Lila- und Blaut\u00f6nen <\/strong><\/a>lackiert.<\/strong><\/a> Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fchrten wir einige Lichttests mit programmierbaren LED-Strips in verschiedenen Farben durch, bevor sich die sorgf\u00e4ltig verpackten Wolken auf den Weg zum Kunden gemacht haben.<\/p>\n\n

F\u00fcr den Europapark haben wir f\u00fcnf lebensgro\u00dfe Figuren f\u00fcr die Geisterbahn gefertigt. Nach dem Wunsch des Kunden erhielten die Figuren eine lilafarbene Grundierung, die speziell f\u00fcr Projektionen vorgesehen war.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
