We base our entire production on this principle. Thanks to our environmentally friendly production methods, we are one of the world’s leading suppliers of sustainably manufactured individual and custom products made of fiber composites.
Our fiber composite parts stand out due to their particular durability; this allows us to achieve an excellent environmental balance with our product portfolio. Each component is structurally designed by our engineers to deliver lasting benefits over the lifetime of each product through aerodynamics and everyday usability.
To ensure sustainable production, we rely on state-of-the-art standards:
This starts at the quotation stage. We are experts in glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite parts (GRP, CFRP). Due to the increasing demand for carbon neutral and bio-based fiber composite parts, we have also extended our expertise to the production of natural fiber reinforced composite parts (NFK). These are particularly suitable for sustainable architectural projects, sustainable art or sustainable figures and sculptures.
We strive for a CO2 -neutral production of our products and work daily to reduce our ecological footprint. The company’s own PV systems generate more than the amount of electricity we need. Vacant areas are used for the construction of new PV systems in order to feed our self-generated green electricity into the public grid. The objective is to achieve an output of 500kWp through our PV systems.

At the same time, all production areas and operational facilities are continuously checked for their energy efficiency. For this reason, we have been using LED lamps with motion detectors exclusively in our production for several years. Our compressed air is generated with state-of-the-art screw compressors, the process energy is recovered as heating energy and our compressed air network and all connections are leak-proof. Likewise, our painting and ventilation systems are equipped with heat recovery systems that can recover up to 80% of the heat energy.
Furthermore, we have declared as our goal to conserve resources and to give our raw material residues a second life. For us, the recycling of styrofoam is therefore indispensable and helps us to reduce our waste to a minimum. In our company we have created the possibility to crush and press our Styropor residues. The compressed Styrofoam can then be re-foamed into full-size Styrofoam blocks and reused.
