GRP figures with a creepy factor
We produced five life-size figures for the ghost train at Europapark. To ensure precise details, the faces and hands were first created as 3D prints. The bodies of the figures were milled from hard foam, reinforced with fibreglass and carefully sanded to achieve a stable and flawless surface.
At the customer’s request, the figures were given a purple primer, which was specially designed for projections. A key aspect during production was compliance with fire safety regulations in order to meet all safety requirements. The result is detailed, robust figures that are ideally suited to the requirements of the ghost train.
Now this ghostly company delights – or rather frightens – visitors to the Castello dei Medici castle at Europapark in Rust.
