Foundry pattern making

Do you want to turn your 3D design into reality?

We have what it takes! ACCENTFORM manufactures foundry patterns and exporite patterns for a wide variety of areas and guarantees you quality, reliability and the highest precision in the realization of your wishes.

Whether architectural models, design objects or vehicle parts: ACCENTFORM produces real showcase models based on your 3D data or drawings using high-performance milling centers. Specializing in the production of expanded objects for full-mould casting, we also produce models from other rigid foams (PUR, PE, etc.) at the customer’s request.

These materials offer excellent prerequisites as cores in boat and car body construction, wind turbines or stage construction. There are no limits to your ideas: ACCENTFORM realizes all models, whether in 3-D or 5-axis simultaneous milling at a high-tech level – precisely, professionally, on schedule.

Our range of services:

CAM/CAD data processing

With the latest CAD/CAM programs, we are able to use and process all common data formats.

If your data is only available as a paper drawing: We can also produce your mold or model from this if the illustration and dimensions are suitably informative.

Whether it is the creation of complex CAD drawings or the realization of exporit models for full mold casting: ACCENTFORM is the specialist for the production of precisely fitting casting patterns in the automotive, off-road and mechanical engineering sectors. At the customer’s request, we can also produce individual shapes and original illustrative models for a wide range of industries.

With modern high-performance milling centers and innovative CAD/CAM systems, ACCENTFORM meets all customer requirements and produces a wide variety of computer-controlled foundry patterns up to 5 m long and 3 m wide. In terms of size, however, there are no limits to your ideas and requirements: By segmenting and later joining together, models can be produced in almost any dimension. Larger models are manufactured from individual parts and reassembled precisely and accurately for casting or further processing.

Thanks to high-performance and high-precision milling technology, it is now possible to produce efficient casting patterns for casting with the “lost mold” in mechanical engineering. Where the ancient Romans still used wax in ancient bronze casting, today a special foam (exporite) is used, which is also burnt by the liquid metal during the casting process and evaporates as a gas.

There are a wide range of applications for Exporit models, for example for the cost-effective production of pressing and stamping tools in automotive engineering. But even if casting is not required, the lightweight polystyrene or PU foams are ideal for use as cores in boat and bodywork construction, wind power, data control models, stage construction and much more.
