ACCENTFORM uses state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to produce individual one-off and special models from glass-fiber reinforced plastic. The spectrum ranges from manual lamination, fiber spraying and vacuum processes to RTM technology.

From development to CNC production, we rely on CAD/CAM systems throughout. Using CNC milling robots (5-axis simultaneous machining) and large-format milling machines, we are able to machine components up to 15 m in length and with a surface area of 120 m². There are therefore no limits to your ideas and requirements: Models of almost any size can be realized by segmenting and later joining. ACCENTFORM uses high-performance CNC machines to manufacture high-quality balls from 800 mm to 30 m in diameter to your specifications.
