CODE OF CONDUCT OF ACCENTFORM GMBH

ACCENTFORM GmbH generally enjoys a high reputation in terms of its entrepreneurial trustworthiness. We owe this to the fact that we always firmly link all our business activities to our integrity. This means that we always comply with all laws and regulations in everything we do. ACCENTFORM's corporate values and the associated commitment to sustainable development characterize our company policy, all our decisions and activities. We are constantly reflecting, communicating and living them.

AREA OF APPLICATION

ACCENTFORM's Code of Conduct was developed with a single goal in mind: We want to clearly express the principles according to which ACCENTFORM maintains its relationship with employees and business partners. They apply equally to all of us - both to management and to all employees within ACCENTFORM. We always strive to ensure that these principles are also recognized by our suppliers, consultants and other business partners.

BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

LAWFULNESS

ACCENTFORM shall comply with the laws applicable in each country in which it operates. In situations where there are no legal regulations, each of us will align our behavior with those of our corporate values and culture. In cases where there is a conflict between the applicable laws and the principles of this Code of Conduct, the applicable law shall prevail.

THE RELATIONSHIP WITH BUSINESS PARTNERS

The business relationship between ACCENTform and its business partners should be characterized by fairness. We may not offer rewards or benefits to customers, potential customers, government agencies, governmental entities or other representatives of such entities that are contrary to applicable law or good business practice.
Our employees may not accept any payments, gifts or other remuneration from third parties that could lead to the objectivity of the decisions being regarded as questionable.

ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING

All of ACCENTform's financial transactions must be documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. All bookings must be provided with a clear, unambiguous, non-misleading description of the content of the transaction. ACCENTFORM undertakes to provide information in an open, honest, relevant, detailed and timely manner.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Management and employees are obliged to pursue their private and other external activities and financial interests in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the company or could give rise to conflicts. Should such a conflict of interest arise, the person concerned must report this immediately to their superior.

POLITICAL PARTICIPATION

ACCENTFORM is neutral towards political parties and candidates. Neither the name nor funds of ACCENTFORM are to be used to promote or support the interests of political parties or candidates.

RESOURCE EFFICIENCY

ACCENTFORM's products and processes are designed to make efficient use of energy and raw materials and to minimize waste and residues over the entire life cycle of a product.

PRINCIPLES OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We are committed to the environment and support the principles of environmental precaution by avoiding the use of materials and processes that are harmful to the environment and health when alternatives are available.

ENVIRONMENTAL BALANCE SHEET

ACCENTFORM works according to the environmental standard ISO 14001:2004. As part of this, we draw up an environmental balance sheet every two years. We review and report on these with particular regard to the potential risks of current and future products and processes.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

HUMAN RIGHTS

ACCENTFORM respects internationally recognized human rights. We pledge to support them - insofar as we can exert influence - and that we will not participate in any form of human rights violations.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION

We recruit and treat our employees in a way that is not discriminatory in terms of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, trade union membership, social or ethnic origin. The aim is to create varied working conditions at all levels. Labor No form of forced or child labor is tolerated within ACCENT companies. The minimum age for employment within the company is determined by the end of compulsory schooling. Free trade union membership and the right to collective bargaining and agreements must be respected.

WORKING CONDITIONS

All ACCENTFORM employees should be provided with the necessary conditions to create a safe and non-hazardous working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES

The managers of ACCENTFORM are responsible for exemplifying and communicating the content and meaning of this document to their employees within their organization. You are obliged to encourage employees to behave in accordance with these principles. Explicit or implicit approval of questionable actions will not be tolerated. Reports of violations of the rules of conduct formulated in this Code can be submitted anonymously and confidentially to the personnel management. Persons who report violations in good faith will not suffer any disadvantages as a result. This Code of Conduct shall enter into force immediately and for an unlimited period of time. Failure to agree to the regulations may result in disciplinary consequences. This Code of Conduct has been adopted by the management of ACCENTFORM and can only be revoked or amended by it. Any revocation or amendment must be announced.
