For one-off GRP productions, GRP special design and small/medium series even in XXL format, ACCENTFORM is a technological leader in the processing of fibre-reinforced composites in Germany. We design and produce fiberglass and carbon fibre products mainly for commercial clients – with the highest quality, fast and cost-efficiently.

ACCENTFORM manufactures fibre-reinforced composites (GFRP and CFRP) using a variety of manufacturing methods: hand lay-up, spray lay-up, vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding (RTM) processes with focus:

• Individual personalized items, such as fibreglass spheres or exhibition pieces and figures for trade shows, promotion, museums and art
• A qualitatively and technologically sophisticated forms made using CNC and hand lay-up method
• Large special GRP structures and series for roofs and canopies, car body constructions and trailers

From design to CNC production, we always use the CAD and CAM technologies. In the parent company in Nienstädt in Hanover, with the help of a team of 30 employees and our CNC robotic machining centre (7-axis simultaneous machining), we can produce components up to a length of 15 meters and with its surface area up to 120 m² in one setting.
