GRP cladding for every application
Agricultural machinery today is characterized by state-of-the-art technology and innovative design.

For a new generation of round balers from Fendt and Massey Ferguson, ACCENTFORM manufactures the GRP cladding for the F 130 series baler.
One side panel has a surface area of approx. 5 m² (2.5 m x 2.0 m). The cladding is made from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) using the RTM process process. For the Fendt company, these GRP body parts are finished in a green color with a weather-resistant gelcoat. Massey Ferguson is given a red surface.
After shaping, the cladding parts are trimmed using a robot. In the final assembly stage, the body segment is given a tubular steel frame for reinforcement and connection to the machine. Finally, the GRP cladding is given a gray matt paint finish. Deliveries are made just in time.
