ACCENTFORM is the basic idea behind a concept of how innovative solutions with modern manufacturing processes lead to a cost-conscious and high-quality product. For the company Wietmarscher Ambulanz-und Sonderfahrzeug GmbH, we took over the production of the bodywork and manufactured the front and rear spoilers for rescue vehicles made of GRP.

OUR SERVICES:

• Production complete with cable ducts, sealing strips and connecting elements
• Supplied as a kit for self-assembly, as an assembled case (interchangeable case) or mounted on a chassis provided by the customer

The rounded floor corners and the completely sealed floor and wall structure enable optimum cleaning and disinfection.

An integrated studded structure improves stability even on wet floors.

The rational rectangular structure accelerates an interior design that is individually tailored to customer requirements.

An attached roof duct offers complete freedom when accommodating appliances and laying electrical and air conditioning cables.

WDB BOX AND DESIGN BOX WAGON FOR WHAT

WAS is one of Europe’s leading companies for ambulance and security vehicles.

ACCENTFORM took over the plastic part of the body parts and manufactures the front and rear spoilers from GRP.

Individual spoilers are assembled in a just-in-time process and delivered directly to the customer.

The scope of assembly includes the laying of cable harnesses, installation of the brackets and locking elements, as well as the assembly of the lighting (ABS, PMMA and PC parts).

High-gloss polished production molds enable a finish directly in the visible gelcoat.

The blue lights are a particular challenge. These were adapted to the vehicle geometry and realized with blue-colored polycarbonate cover caps.
