XXL imitation packaging for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries

We have already created impressive replicas of giant cosmetics bottles, tubes and other packaging for numerous influencer events. Our portfolio of renowned cosmetics brands is not only growing in terms of the number of product replicas we have realized – the dimensions of our advertising objects are also becoming increasingly spectacular.

One particular highlight was the production of four oversized NIVEA products for an influencer event organized by Beiersdorf AG. We produced two items from the NIVEA Sun series and two products from the NIVEA Q10 series in realistic XXL replicas.

We have already created impressive replicas of giant cosmetics bottles, tubes and other packaging for numerous influencer events. Our portfolio of renowned cosmetics brands is not only growing in terms of the number of product replicas we have realized – the dimensions of our advertising objects are also becoming increasingly spectacular.

One particular highlight was the production of four oversized NIVEA products for an influencer event organized by Beiersdorf AG. We produced two items from the NIVEA Sun series and two products from the NIVEA Q10 series in realistic XXL replicas.

To produce the two NIVEA Sun cosmetic tubes, we first made a positive body from rigid foam, which was then coated with GRP using the hand-laminating process. After painting, the final refinement was carried out by applying realistic NIVEA labels, which were precisely foiled by Harzer Werbetechnik.

The production of the pipettes for the NIVEA Q10 series posed a particular challenge. Here we relied on a combination of GRP, glass and acrylic glass to create the most authentic appearance possible:

• The body of the Q10 cosmetics bottle is made of translucent acrylic glass and, thanks to a special coating, the pipette inside shines through when the light falls on it.
• The pipette itself, which is oversized at 180 cm, was realized with the utmost attention to detail: The pipette head is made of GRP and was covered with a golden mirror foil, while the pipette body was made of real glass and serves as a particularly eye-catching highlight of the product.
