Water bottle replica
A precise, multi-stage manufacturing process was used to produce an oversized, transparent water bottle. First, a model of the bottle was milled, consisting of a base and one half of the bottle. The negative molds were created on this basis: one for the base and two for the bottle halves. Inner cores were then produced to ensure a uniform wall thickness of 20 mm when pouring with special epoxy resin.
The finished, oversized replica of the transparent water bottle served the customer as an eye-catcher on a kiosk with a rotating roof.
Fragrance stick bottle replica
This replica of a fragrance stick bottle with an impressive height of 1.6 meters was produced in a precise manufacturing process. Each half of the bottle was cast in epoxy resin, using both an outer mold and an inner core. The two halves were then carefully joined together.
The transparent replica was given a special paint finish with a color gradient that is faithful to the original. The label was then precisely applied to the bottle. The lid and the oversized fragrance sticks are made of high-quality wood that has been finished with black lacquer.
This impressive and aesthetic product replica is a real eye-catcher and makes a strong statement in any presentation.
